Newport Golf Club has a very active membership of more than 850.
Our Men's, Ladies and Junior Sections offer a full competition fixtures schedule aimed at players of all standards. We have four Men's teams, three Ladies teams and two Junior teams, all of which play in the local leagues. We also run many friendly matches to suit differing standards and have a varied social calendar.
We welcome applications for membership whether by invitation from existing members or, if you don't know anyone at Newport, then please write directly to the Secretary. The annual fees are shown below. There is a one-off joining fee which can be paid up front or spread over a negotiable period.

Individual Membership

Young Adult (B1) (25-30 years)
Newport is keen to encourage its younger membership recognising that they may have young families and large mortgages. This rate applies whether you have been a Junior Member of the Club or not.

Young Adult (B2) (21 to 24 years)
Newport is keen to encourage its younger membership and offers a competitive rate for joining to those ages between 21-24. This rate applies whether you have been a Junior Member of the Club or not.

More Information About Our Junior Section
Comprised of boys and girls from 8 to 18 years of age, our Junior Section has grown in numbers over the last few years. We believe this reflects the growth in popularity of golf with young people, combined with the commitment and dedication of our junior organising team and the Club's professional staff.
Our objective is to support our junior members in realising their potential and to support their progress in learning the game.
Our Junior Section is crucial to the future success of Newport Golf Club.
Of paramount importance in providing junior golf at Newport is the safety and welfare of our junior members. We aim to provide a safe, caring and inclusive environment for junior golf to flourish.
