This is a short par 5 slightly dog-legging to the right. The hole runs parallel to the lane and out-of-bounds on the right hand side. Four fairway bunkers protect the entrance to the green forcing a long and accurate second shot to reach the flag. The green is fairly flat with a small ridge at the front.
“A straight tee shot is needed to avoid the copses of trees either side of the fairway. The second shot requires good distance control to either lay up or hit it over the three fairway bunkers designed to catch any daring shots going for the green in two. The two tier green, sloping from front to back will require good distance control on your approach shot to avoid a tricky two putt.”
